We are now hiring for a part-time position (potential full-time in 6-12 months) to assist in Operations and Accounts Payable in our Roswell, GA showroom. The pay would be $14-16/hour, commensurate with general professional experience — and preferable, but not necessarily — bookkeeping experience. This position would be suitable for someone looking for flexible, part-time work, or moving back into the work force.
The Operations and Accounts Payable “Support Specialist” would be responsible with implementing new apps and software that relates to our purchasing and accounts payable processes, vendor management, business contracts, business compliance and overall operations of our business…along with the introduction and implementation of a new brand (Refined Industrial).
You would not work directly with customers, as this would be more of a support role for our internal operations. However, this position would be based out of our Roswell showroom, so you would get to enjoy the environment of Rustic Trades and the beauty of our custom creations.
We need a very detailed, multi-tasked individual who doesn’t mind the attention to detail that the finance focus would require, but who is able to welcome new and different tasks on the daily. Tech savvy is a must.
