Live edge refers to the organic, uncut edge of a wood slab, preserving the tree’s natural contours and uniqueness. Each slab is carefully milled from harvested hardwoods, kiln-dried for stability, and precision-flattened using advanced techniques such as CNC machining and industrial equipment. The result is a one-of-a-kind statement piece that seamlessly blends rustic charm with refined craftsmanship.
We take great care in selecting the perfect slabs for our clients. Our team of skilled craftsmen then join these slabs together with precision and expertise, ensuring that each table is not only beautiful but also durable and long-lasting. Our clients can choose from a variety of live edge tops, including bookmatching grain, which involves pairing two flitches side by side from the same tree, supplemented, which involves supplementing the table width with hardwood lumber of the same species, or full width, which is a single slab of material that is the overall width of the table.
We offer our clients a wide range of customization options for their tables. They can select the size of the table, the type of live edge top, and one of our 60+ original base designs. They can also choose from a variety of slab species, including walnut, white oak, maple, and Parota. Whatever our clients’ dreams are, we make it our mission to turn them into a reality.
