By purchasing a Digital Design package you are given an exclusive look at your product before it arrives on delivery day. We have four digital design packages explained below including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Titanium.

The Bronze Design Package includes: our custom color process . You will receive 2-3 samples close in color to what you desire. We do not specialize in “color matching” but will create color samples similar to what you ask. Samples can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks for completion.

The Silver Design Package includes: a digital rendering of your customized Rustic Trades piece built to scale. You will receive 3 images including a front, side, and perspective view. This package does not include any revisions. If revisions are needed they will be charged accordingly.

The Gold Design Package includes: the digital rendering included in the Silver Package as well as shop drawings with dimensions – including the top size, base size, and overhang. This is a great way to visualize your order which becomes very helpful with guest seating, chair placement, and many functionalities.  2-3 revisions to this layout are included with this service.  For additional revisions, charges may apply.  This service only applies to standard design options.

The Titanium Design Package includes: an exclusive meeting with your Sales Representative and designer to discuss the details of your design. You supply the dimensions of your piece, space, and inspiration images. You then receive a digital layout. This package includes revisions to the design. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexities of the design you request. This will be determined during your design meeting.
