Clay founded Rustic Trades after promising his wife he would build her a table. Today he guides the company’s creative direction, works closely with customers and the team, and helps turn new ideas into lasting furniture for homes and businesses.

Elise has been part of Rustic Trades from the beginning. She brings energy, care, and deep product knowledge to every customer conversation, helping clients move from an initial idea to a table that feels right for their space.

Maggie keeps the business moving behind the scenes. She leads financial, human-resources, and internal operations with an organized, creative approach that helps every department stay connected and every project stay on track.

Mariana shapes the digital side of Rustic Trades. She manages the website, social media, and behind-the-scenes marketing work that helps customers discover the team, understand the process, and find inspiration for their own projects.

Mitch combines hands-on cabinetmaking experience with technical engineering expertise. He designs custom and commercial pieces, solves complex construction challenges, and helps guide projects from the drawing board through production.

Zach loves the transformation from rough lumber to a refined finished piece. He brings patience, creativity, and a careful eye to the shop, embracing the challenge and precision that make custom furniture rewarding.

David specializes in building farm tables and crafting their tops. His experience, steady workmanship, and unmistakable personality make him an important part of both the production process and the everyday energy of the shop.

Jordan has been part of the Rustic Trades story since its early days. He specializes in samples and finishing, applying stains and protective coatings with the consistency and precision each piece needs.

John Michael brings a broad woodworking skill set to production and logistics. He helps build, coordinate, move, and deliver the pieces that leave the shop, making sure craftsmanship carries through to the final handoff.

Stephen’s woodworking journey began with furniture he built for his own family. He brings that same creative, practical spirit to the shop and enjoys the process of shaping raw material into something useful and lasting.

Sam supports deliveries, shop maintenance, and production wherever an extra set of capable hands is needed. His flexibility and willingness to step into different parts of the process help keep projects moving smoothly.
